Shipping
All goods to UK mainland destinations are free of delivery charges, however, for non-UK mainland and international orders we will contact you to confirm shipping costs prior to charging your credit card.
All items are shipped by the individual Guild member, and we endeavour to ensure delivery is within 28 days. If any product will take longer than this then it will state this in the item description.
Please note: - If you order more than one item they will arrive seperately.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the items supplied against any order, simply return them, to the address given within the packaging within 7 working days, for either an exchange or a refund (less postage). Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and they must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging.
These terms do not cancel your rights under consumer law.
