Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our product pages and click on the "Order" button shown alongside the product you would like to purchase. After adding an item to your shopping cart by pressing the this button, you will be shown the current contents of your cart. At this point you can easily change quantities, delete items from your cart, continue shopping or checkout.
After pressing the Checkout button you will be prompted to complete your details. however if you have created an account, and are signed in, these will be completed automatically. Once you have completed the details or signed in, you can then complete your order using either credit card or UK debit card. When the order is complete you will be sent an email confirming your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Maestro as forms of payment. All transactions will be charged in UK pounds and will be shown on your credit card statement in your local currency. Please note that the transaction will appear on your statement as The British Toymakers Guild.

Shipping
Al goods to U.K. mainland destinations are free of delivery charges, however, for non-UK mainland and international orders we will contact you to confirm shipping costs prior to charging your credit card.
Delivery schedule
We aim to deliver all items within 28 days. We will email you if there is a longer delay.
Back orders
If any item from your order is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with the items supplied against any order, simply return them, to the address given within the packaging within 7 working days, for either an exchange or a refund (less postage). Please note: you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and they must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging.
These terms do not cancel your rights under consumer law.
